The 3rd of July will find us at Newport’s Bellevue Tearooms. Chepstow High Street on July 10 and a brand-new location in Newent, in and around the town, on July 16. All of these markets offer independent producers, skilled artisans, handmade goods, and a few tasty surprises. Join friends, shop, eat, and enjoy while supporting small independent businesses
Belle Vue Tearooms 3rd July
Belle Vue Tea Room is nestled in the heart of Newport, South Wales. A beautiful Victorian pavilion is set in an attractive landscape offering a children’s play area, walks and features such as rockeries, gardens and bridges.
Chepstow High Street 10th July
Chepstow, which is located in the lower Wye Valley, provides a beautiful gateway to Wales. Visit the majestic Chepstow Castle, which dominates the Wye River’s cliff sides, and then go to the Chepstow Museum to discover more about the town’s and the Wye Valley’s past.
Newent Market Square 16th July
One of the Forest of Dean’s most attractive towns is Newent.
Newent, one of the Forest of Dean’s oldest settlements, has been inhabited since at least Roman times and was mentioned in William the Conqueror’s Domesday Book from 1086. With over 100 listed buildings and a long and rich history, Newent is also one of the most scenic villages in the area and a fantastic starting point for exploring the Forest of Dean.
